10:00 – 5:00 p.m. Registration. John Muir Inn. Conference Room

9:00 a.m. Bus departs John Muir Inn for the City of Richmond and Rosie the Riveter World War II National Historical Park  PLEASE NOTE: National Park Service can only accommodate 2 bus loads or 86 people.  Register early!

9.45 – 11:45 am. Ranger-guided bus tour of historic structures built in Richmond during World War II

Noon – 1:30 p.m. Lunch on the SS Red Oak Victory. Welcome by Martha J. Lee, Park Superintendent, and a special appearance by Rosie the Riveter

1:30 – 2:30 p.m. Tour of the ship

2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Tour of Rosie the Riveter Memorial

3:30 p.m. Bus departs for John Muir Inn

4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Board Meeting. Conference Room

5:00 – 6:00 p.m. R and R

6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Happy Hour and Ticket Sales. Martinez Lodge 41 F & A M, 700 Masonic Street. Complimentary wine

7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Dinner and drawing. Martinez, the Birthplace of the Martini? Our speaker is Carter Wilson, historian of this exalted mood-adjuster
