The panel discussion will feature: Harry Williams, the Film's Protaganist, Native Water Activist and Bishop of the Paiute Tribe; Teri Red Owl, Executive Director, Owens Valley Indian Water Commission; Jenna Cavelle, Producer and Director of Paya; and Chris Morrow, PhDc., GIS Specialist & Water Modeller.
