Speaker

History of the Angels Flight Funicular

And its function in the bygone Bunker Hill neighborhood 1901-1969

The speaker for this program is Jim Dawson. Jim is a cataloger and archivist at the American Film Institute in Hollywood. He has published two books about downtown's former Bunker Hill neighborhood: Los Angeles's Angels Flight (Arcadia Publishing) and Los Angeles's Bunker Hill: Pulp Fiction's Mean Streets and Film Noir's Ground Zero (History Press).

Join us for a look into Los Angeles's past! Everyone is welcome, and admission is free (though donations are gratefully accepted).

Light refreshments will be available after the program.  For more information, visit Little Landers Historical Society here.
